Plan for your goal
Trying the opening, finishing the first 75 puzzles, and finding all 105 expanded-demo solves are different goals. For a first session, choose one branch and allow yourself to leave a difficult puzzle for later.
| Expanded-demo completion report | Conditions |
|---|---|
| 7.5 hours | One player used help for one puzzle |
| Just under 15 hours | Another player used no hints and had less experience with puzzle games |
These two reports show why full completion can take several sessions. They are not an average, a speed record, or a promise that your time will fall between them. Leave additional time for finding missing puzzles if you want every solve.
Video length is not playtime
A five-hour edited walkthrough can omit thinking, retries, breaks, and repeated sections. Use chapters to locate a room, rather than to predict how long your own run should take.
The full game’s long-form playtime estimates also do not describe the demo. Use the demo map and puzzle count to set a concrete completion target.
